Ian holds his real estate licences in both Ontario (1985) and British Columbia (2004). Before moving to Vancouver in 1997, he worked as an associate broker for Countrywide, All-City, and CB Commercial (now CBRE) with a focus on Industrial, Commercial, and Investment real estate in the Greater Toronto Area.  His past corporate experience includes senior sales and marketing positions at IBM, Amdahl, Data General, Cognos, and Information Builders.  He continues his interest in helping others by teaching part time at Kwantlen University College and at the University of Phoenix.  Ian has an MBA (Management Science) from the Schulich School of Business, York University and a B.A.Sc.
